We install commercial-grade Minleon LED lighting, supplied by us as part of the service. Every run is custom-cut to your rooflines rather than stretched or doubled up to fit a standard length — which is why the finished lines look straight and even instead of sagging in the middle.
Timers and all the installation accessories are included. Nothing to buy, nothing to source, nothing to figure out.

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your display, so every quote is custom. The program covers design, installation, in-season maintenance, removal and storage for all three seasons — with the lights supplied by us throughout.

Installation
Our crew measures, cuts and installs everything, sets your timer and tests the full display before leaving.

If anything goes out or gets knocked loose by weather, call us and we come take care of it.

We remove everything after the season and store your display at our facility until next year.
Common Questions
Do I buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours and stay ours — that's part of the service. You're not paying upfront for product, you're not replacing worn strands out of pocket, and you're not storing anything. Between seasons your display lives at our facility.
Why is it a three-season agreement?
The first season carries the real work — measuring your property, designing the display and cutting every run to fit. Once that's built, the following years are more efficient for us, and the three-season structure lets us pass that back as a 15% reduction in seasons two and three. After the third season, that reduced price locks in.
Can I change the design between seasons?
Yes. Plenty of customers add a tree, extend to the back of the house or light more landscaping after seeing the first year. Additions are quoted separately — just let us know before the season starts so we can plan the install.
What if a section stops working in December?
Call or text us and we'll come out. In-season maintenance is part of the service — it's the whole reason to have a company handle your lighting instead of doing it yourself. You should never be on a ladder in the cold trying to find a dead bulb.
Do you do commercial properties?
Regularly. Storefronts, offices, senior living communities and apartment complexes across the Cedar Valley. Commercial displays are designed around your building, your hours and your staff's schedule, and installed by insured crews.
Will you install lights I already own?
Our standard service uses our lights, because that's what lets us guarantee the look and stand behind it all season. We do occasionally install customer-owned lighting on specific projects, but it requires an inspection and a separate quote first.
When should I book?
Earlier than most people think. Design consultations and installation slots are scheduled through the fall, and the calendar tightens as the season gets closer. Reaching out in late summer or early fall gives you the most flexibility on your install date.
