Now booking: Fall window cleaning and holiday lighting throughout the Cedar Valley.
Residential Window Cleaning
Sparkle has been cleaning windows for Cedar Valley homeowners since 1973. We use pure water technology on exteriors and traditional hand-detailing inside, so every pane is finished the way it should be.
However you build your cleaning, this part stays the same.
Two simple decisions: what gets cleaned, and how often we come back.
Silver, Gold or Platinum decides what we clean during a visit.
Add a maintenance plan and we'll come back on a schedule, at a discount.
Choose the package that fits your home for each appointment.
Exterior only. A clean look from the curb.
Exterior cleaning plus your screens.
Inside and out. Every pane, every time.
Every home is different, so pricing depends on the size and number of your windows. Request a free quote and we'll give you a written price for the package you want.
Keep your windows clean year-round without having to remember when it's time to call. Add a plan and we'll handle the scheduling — and take money off every visit.
Mix and match as your home needs it — Platinum for a full interior and exterior cleaning in the spring, Silver or Gold to freshen up the outside later in the year. After your first cleaning, we'll work with you to get the next visit on the calendar, so you never have to remember to call. Ask about adding a Sparkle Maintenance Plan to your next cleaning.
Ordinary tap water is full of dissolved minerals. When it dries on glass, those minerals stay behind as spots and streaks.
Our exterior system filters those minerals out first. The purified water is fed through a soft brush on a telescopic pole, where it lifts dirt off the glass and rinses away clean. When it evaporates, there is nothing left to leave a mark.
We haven't abandoned the traditional side of the craft. Interior glass, detail edges and stubborn buildup still get hand-cleaned with squeegees and scrubbers, because that's what does the job right. Pure water where it wins, hand work where it wins.
Purified water dries clean because there are no minerals left in it to leave behind.
Working from the ground means fewer ladders leaning against your siding, gutters and landscaping.
Leftover soap film attracts dust. Without it, your windows stay looking clean longer.
The brush scrubs exterior frames and sills in the same pass, not just the glass.
Four steps from first call to clean glass.

Sprinkler overspray and mineral deposits need a different treatment than a standard wash. We'll assess the glass and quote it separately.

Clear gutters and downspouts so water moves away from your roof, siding and foundation.

See holiday lightingIf you just want the outside to look sharp, Silver covers exterior glass and frames. Gold adds your screens, which makes a real difference since clean glass behind a dirty screen only gets you halfway. Platinum is the full job — inside and out, plus interior sills and screens. Most homeowners go Platinum in the spring and Silver or Gold later in the year.
No. On a maintenance plan you choose the package that fits each visit. Full interior and exterior cleaning one time, exterior-only the next — whatever your home needs that season.
You pay for each cleaning after it's completed, with your plan discount applied to every visit. There's no paying for the year upfront. The plan simply sets how often we come back and how much comes off each bill.
Most Cedar Valley homeowners go twice a year — once in spring after the winter grime, once in fall before the holidays. Homes near gravel roads, farm fields or heavy tree cover often want a third visit, which is what Maintenance+ is built for. We'll give you an honest recommendation when we quote your home.
For a Silver or Gold cleaning, no — as long as we have access to the yard and an outdoor spigot. Platinum includes interior work, so someone will need to let us in. Plenty of our customers hand us a key or a garage code once they've worked with us a few times.
Tap water carries dissolved minerals that leave spots when the water dries. We filter those out before the water ever touches your glass, so the exterior finish dries clean without soap or squeegee marks. It also lets us reach upper windows from the ground instead of leaning ladders on your home.
Yes. Sprinkler overspray and mineral buildup call for a different process than a standard cleaning, so it's quoted and billed separately. Severe cases can permanently etch glass, so we'll look at it first and tell you honestly what can be improved before we quote the work.
Clean windows handle normal rain better than dirty ones, because there's no film for water to run through. Our Rain Guarantee is included with both maintenance plans and covers qualifying rain-related spotting or runoff after a service. Ask us about it when you request your quote.
